Sagot & Schaffer, P.C. was founded in Bensalem, Pennsylvania in 2002 by Attorneys that left a larger Union Labor Law Firm in Center City Philadelphia. The Firms founder, Neil Sagot has been a practicing attorney since 1974, and was the founder of the Labor Union Law Firm in Philadelphia, serving as the managing partner for twenty-two years.
We are a General Practice Law Firm specializing in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability cases which we handle on a reduced Contingent Fee basis. In those cases our fees are contingent upon a recovery for you. If you don’t get paid then we don’t get paid.
The Firm also specializes in Estate Planning, Family Law, Real Estate Law and Contract Litigation. Fee’s in those area’s are either Flat Fees or Hourly at reduced rates. CONSULTATIONS IN ALL CASES ARE FREE!
The Law Firm represents a Union Legal Services Plan and is UNION PLUS approved.
